Wide selection of drinks and decent snack food menu. It's a few steps up from Quickly and there's a nice sense of community in the store bc there's always a bunch of kids playing card games or hanging out in the shop. It's a cute little spot in downtown Tracy and I'm glad for it! Cozy and warm, if only there were more shops like this, the town would benefit greatly. The workers have a system down pat and they work efficiently. It's always fun to watch a well-oiled machine of a crew cranking out the orders during the rush. There's only 3 boba shops in town and this one is the one most frequented by my family.

I moved to Tracy recently and was craving for milk tea at 8:30pm lol. I got to the store at 8:50 (10mins before closing), ordered winter melon green tea. The cashier was very polite and nice asking if I would like to adjust sugar level and ice level. I like how they werent rushing to close and were patient when I was searching to order. The drink came out fast. Second time I ordered coconut milk tea. Both drinks are delicious and so creamy and I love customer service here! So far is my favorite milk tea place in Tracy :x

Got me a Thai tea blended with pop corn chicken it wasn't too busy but I got me food promptly and good amount of popcorn chicken they have multiple dipping sauce store front is ample and clean you can look right in the neighbors barista coffee shop and grab a cofffee after boba. Parking in the back maybe tight so be careful. I would most definitely come back.

Revive T4 is the best boba spot in Tracy, hands down! The drinks are always fresh, the boba is perfectly chewy, and they have a great selection to choose from. The staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy. If you're a boba fan, this place is a must-visit. 10/10 recommend!
